Title: Community Association Manager Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to Community Association Managers
Provide effective problem resolution to Homeowners
Complete work orders for maintenance
Process fulfillment work order requests
Scan and upload association minutes and other documents into company software
Update association notes as needed to keep residents informed of issues in each community
Respond to telephone calls and emails
Assist in providing timely financial reports as required
Attend occasional board meetings
Assist in scheduling facility if necessary
Conduct inspections of communities and report on violations
Job Qualifications:
2-4+ years experience as an Assistant Community Association Manager or Assistant Property Manager is a MUST
Customer focused with strong problem solving skills
Good communication skills
Proficient in MS office suite with ability to learn company software
Good critical thinking skills, good corporate presentation is required
Salary: $40,000-$43,000; Negotiable Depending on Experience, plus Comprehensive Benefits Package
