The full time Community Association Manager (CAM) will oversee homeowner association(s) with responsibility for all budgeting, financial reporting, communication and relationship management with client, homeowners and the management company. The CAM will provide inspections, quality reports, and accounting work for each association.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure maintenance of professional financial statements and other financial data required by the management. Coordinate with HOA accounting department all financial data required by the management company. Prepare annual operating and reserve budget for management approval.
- Work with management to promptly identify problems and improvements needed.
- Communicate with all parties involved to keep them informed of expenditures and developments.
- Coordinate required property/equipment inspections to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Attend community meetings to represent the management company in the community.
- Establish and maintain all contracts such as landscaping and building services, leasing of commercial or common areas.
- Approve payment to all vendors, projected expenses outlined by the budget. Handle all collection matters and cording with management if necessary. Manage all capital projects.
- Handle owner inquiries relative to all matters pertaining to the association.
Other Functions:
- Files all paid invoices for all client properties.
- Maintains resident files.
- Greets guests upon arrival to corporate office.
- Operates within all guidelines, policies, standards, and constraints as established by Pope Golf. Assists in the implementation of Pope Golf’s mandatory standards of operations as they relate to operations.

Essential Job Requirements and Skills:
- Must possess strong managerial background
- Responds to phone calls and correspondence in a timely, professional manner
- Displays exceptional ability to analyze and deal with variety of situations that otherwise could be potential problems.
- Ability to provide effective written and verbal instructions, as well as the ability to carry out details written or verbal instructions independently.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations or documents with degree of complexity.
- May be required to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly.
- Ability to work extended/flexible hours and weekends based on project requirement.
Working Condition:
- Works primarily indoors. Ability to perform moderate physical work.
Education and Trainings:
- Six years of experience in Property Management including experience working with homeowners.
- Current Community Association Management license issued by the State of Florida.
