We are a premier, locally owned and operated Community Association Management firm with an opportunity for an on-site CAM with experience managing Co-Ops.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication & customer service skills, integrity and strong supervisory experience and is proficient in Microsoft Office as well as being well versed in applicable Florida Statute. Preparation of meeting notices, annual budgets and attendance at day &/or evening meetings as needed. Applicants MUST have an active CAM license & experience in managing CO-OPS as a Community Association Manager. CMCA, AMS or PCAM a PLUS!
