| RESIDENT Onsite Professional manager for a high rise condominium on the water in Northern Palm Beach County . MUST HAVE CURRENT FL LCAM License; please stop here if you do not. Must be an energetic go getter with excellent leadership and mentoring skills. Must also be conscientious, take charge, organized, maintain the association well and supervise the staff. Adept at construction management experience as well as strong maintenance and technical skills. Property continually enters into large scale projects.
Will be responsible for budgets, contract negotiations and for interacting with the unit owners well. * Degree, preferably in a business related field. * Working knowledge of Florida condominium association statutes. * Minimum of 5-7 years of association management experience in a large community. * Mandatory demonstrated experience in large scale community, contract and change management. * High computer and technological abilities. * Demonstrate management and supervisory skills sufficient to lead, direct, and manage team members. * Must possess exceptional interpersonal, computer, verbal and written communication skills. * Provide fiscal management through budget preparation and management. * Provide guidance to board members regarding policies and procedures, as defined by state statutes and association documents. * Work with the Maintenance Committee to solicit and analyze bids from contractors for maintenance and association improvement. * Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration and improvement of the association. * Have knowledge of contract analysis and vendor/contractor accountability practices. * Perform frequent building walk thru’s for oversight of vendors and staff. This is a resident manager position, – the association provides a beautiful 2/2 apartment with utilities; residency is mandatory. Salary $70-$80K + paid medical/dental and vision insurance.
