Full Job Description
All Candidates must have the following:
Utmost integrity, honesty and professionalism. Minimum 2 -5 years of experience as a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs, use of smart phone to receive emails in the field required. Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong customer service skills, professional verbal and written communications skills required. Understanding of financials, and comprehensive understanding of Association Documents and Florida Statutes required.
