Applicant should have experience with onsite association management of both HOA and COA, site inspections, covenant enforcement, assisting boards with day to day aspects of managing an association, preparing for and conducting association meetings, reviewing financial reports, preparing budgets, project management, preparing service bids and overseeing contractors. Applicants must also be knowledgeable with Florida Statutes and be proficient with understanding and executing the requirements of the governing documents of an association.

Computer skills in Google Platform, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Community Association Manager (CAM) is licensed by the State of Florida. The manager works with the Association Board of Directors to manage and maintain the community. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus but not required.

* Able to communicate effectively with staff and residents
* Have a positive, “Can Do” attitude with enthusiasm and willingness to adapt to growing community needs
* Recommend and implement policies adopted by the association board
