Full Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Community Association Manager (LCAM) for a condominium community located in Tampa, FL 33716.
As the on-site manager, your duties would include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the community
- Work at the direction of the Board of Directors and act as liaison between vendors, homeowners and staff
- Oversee and implement the administration of the association in accordance with the management agreement and Association guidelines
- Develop the community association budget and provide delivery of financial reports.
- Review and monitor expenses, collection of assessments and delinquent accounts
- Enforce community rules and regulations
- Respond to questions and requests from residents
- Process work order requests for homeowners
- Coordinate and work with third party vendors dispatched to the property
- Attend monthly Board of Directors Meetings
- Report to Senior Management and Director of Client Relations
Requirements:
· Current Florida Cam License (LCAM)
· 3+ years CAM experience
· Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
· Knowledge and ability to apply state Statutes and Association document’s
· Experience with Caliber Software or other HOA Management software preferred
· Prior on-site or portfolio management experience
· Luxury, multi-condo high-rise or mid-rise experience preferred
· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and exercise diplomacy
· Strong interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with residents and staff members
