Position Summary

Works directly with the Board of Directors and Developer to ensure the successful operation of the Community. Development and implementation of social programs, and activities designed to meet the needs of the members. Executes the essential function of CAM/Property Manager responsibilities when on duty.

Essential Job Functions:

· Directs and coordinates the activities of staff, contract personnel and assures effective orientation and training.

· Conducts tours for prospective community members and assists with new home owner orientations.

· Promotes club activities through various types of media such as websites, newsletters, and emails in coordination with the corporate Communications Director.

· Assists in the development of social activities/flyers and calendars for the club.

· Investigates complaints, disturbances and violations and resolves problems in accordance with management rules and regulations.

· Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance with the community House Man.

· Solicit and analyze bids from contractors for overall repairs, renovations, and maintenance.

· Prepare and administer contracts for provision of property services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security services.

· Collection of monthly assessments, fees, and deposits and payment of insurance premiums, mortgage, taxes, and incurred operating expenses in coordination the Community Accountant.

· Prepare detailed budgets and financial reports for monthly and annual budgets for Club and F&B operations.

· Confer regularly with community association members to ensure their needs are being met.

· Meet with boards of directors and committees to discuss and resolve legal and environmental issues or disputes between neighbors

· Performs daily cash reconciliation.

· Ensures that all safety, sanitation, and other standards are consistently met.

· Assist with Staff recruiting, hiring and scheduling.

· Coordinates with the Regional General Manager and Corporate Food & Beverage Director in the planning and development of menus for events and F&B Outlet promotion.

· Consults with the Regional Director, Corporate Food & Beverage Director to assure the highest level of member satisfaction with both Association/Community affairs and F&B and Lifestyle outlets.

· Highly visible to guests and patrons of the community.

Education/Certificates/Licenses/Training
High School Diploma required,

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Must have an active and current CAM License

Experience/Background/Knowledge
Previous Property Management experience requested but not required for exceptional candidate. Must have working knowledge of Florida Statues as it relates to HOAs, CDDs, etc. Previous management experience in the food and beverage industry preferred. Knowledge of fine dining preferred. Proven leadership experience is required

Skills
Ability to communicate effectively with managers, residents, guests and employees in one-on-one and small group situations in a fast paced environment. Ability to motivate and develop employees.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, and crouch; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per hour
