We are in search of a career-oriented and licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to manage a growing portfolio of homeowner associations. We need a self-starter with the ability to multi task who understands how to follow through on a task to completion. We would like a manager with experience in this industry, but we do not require a minimum level of experience, as we understand that the right person who is dedicated can be just as capable as someone with years of experience. We are always willing to help our managers to accomplish tasks and goals in order to provide a superior level of service to our client communities.

Each manager is fully responsible for their assigned portfolio of client associations. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Supervise the operation and administration of the Association in accordance with management agreement, state statute and the Association’s governing documents.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Association’s Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
  • Responsibility for the administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors and in accordance with the management agreement.
  • Ensure that the Association’s bills are processed and paid in a timely manner using our state-of-the-art online accounts payable system.
  • Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the association’s Board of Directors.
  • Perform routine community inspections as necessary and in accordance with the management agreement and in accordance with the management need.
  • Monitor delinquency rates and the collections process for the account.
  • Attend Board meetings per the management agreement and community events as needed.
  • Ensure that the Board of Directors is aware and current on all legal actions involving the Association.
  • Maintain contracts and files relating to the operations of the Association.
  • Responsible for routine and special project vendor management including procurement and specification preparation.

Qualifications

  • Prior HOA management experience
  • Current Florida CAM license
  • Working knowledge of state statutes
  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance and disposition
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel

*Experience with Cinc Systems is a plus.

Compensation will be based upon experience and will be commensurate with industry averages. Our office is based in Brandon and our client base is Hillsborough County.
