Community Association Manager On Site

Responsibilities:
Interact with vendors and contractors.
Provide excellent customer service.
Direct all phases of community operations in accordance with Board requirements.
Coordinate Board of Director meetings, Annual Election meetings, Budget meetings.
Responsible for accurate and timely monthly reporting.
Conduct detailed monthly review of all operating costs and produce variance explanations and reports.
Coordinate and manage all construction projects to ensure that all alterations are performed in accordance with the building standards, approved drawings and Building Code requirements.
Maintain constant contact and communication with building unit owners/occupants by providing building relevant information via meetings, memorandums, building rules and regulations.
Experience& Qualifications:
3-5+ years experience as a Community Association Manager – Portfolio and On Site using Florida LCAM is required.
Good time management skills; excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to multi-task.
Expertise in Excel, Word and Property Management Software.
Florida LCAM is essential.
Salary: $45,000-$50,000 Depending on Experience. Plus comprehensive benefits package
