Responsibilities:
Interacts daily with office staff, vendors and contractors.
Oversight of the Chief Engineer, office and maintenance staff.
Provides five-star experience to all unit owners, residents and guests.
Directs and oversee Vendors, Administrative, Chief Engineer and Maintenance staff.
Direct all phases of building operations in accordance with Board requirements
Deal with emergencies in a manner that conveys confidence in both employees and residents.
Review monthly arrears report and oversee delinquent accounts to ensure prompt payments.
Coordinate Board of Director meetings, Annual Election meetings, Budget meetings and Committee meetings.
Responsible for accurate and timely monthly reporting, including variance reports, monthly capital status reports, contract summary reporting, etc.
Conduct detailed monthly review of all operating costs and produce variance explanations and reports.
Coordinate and manage all construction projects to ensure that all alterations are performed in accordance with the building standards, approved drawings and Building Code requirements.
Work with Chief Engineer and site maintenance staff to plan and schedule preventative maintenance programs, and inspect the operation of all equipment.
Maintain constant contact and communication with building unit owners/occupants by providing building relevant information via meetings, memorandums, building rules and regulations.
Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating direct reports.
Experience & Qualifications:
5+ years experience as an On Site Community Association Manager/General Manager of luxury high rise property using Florida LCAM is a MUST.
MUST have developer turnover experience.
Self-directed and motivated individual comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
Strong analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to multi-task.
Expertise in Excel, Word and Property Management Software.
Florida LCAM is essential.

Salary: $70,000 Negotiable Depending on Experience. Plus comprehensive benefits package.
