Seeking an experienced FULL-TIME, on-site CAM for a high-rise condominium association located in Pasco County. In order to be considered, applicants MUST have an active CAM license & experience managing a high-rise condominium association in Florida. Experience managing a waterfront, high-rise condominium would be a BIG PLUS!
The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication & customer service skills, integrity & strong supervisory experience managing a large staff.
Must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and well versed in applicable Florida Statutes. Preparation of meeting notices, annual budgets and attendance at day and/or evening meetings as needed.
