Immediate FULL time opening for ONSITE CAM for a large condominium community located in the Town ‘N Country area of Tampa.
Must possess strong leadership & organizational skills, knowledge of all aspects of condominium association management (including board meeting and association governance, financial management, vendor management and common area/building maintenance, etc.) with a desire to provide excellent client service.
- RESTORATION/CONSTRUCTION MGMT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED!
- BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) A BIG PLUS!
- Only those with an active CAM license and minimum of three years experience as a Community Association Manager need apply.
