Terra Management Services, LLC a Florida Community Association Management Firm seeks a motivated, licensed Florida Community Association Manager for a full-time onsite position located in the New Tampa Area. Success in this position requires a high degree of energy and excellent organizational skills. Relevant property management experience is a must and experience with CALIBER Association Management Software is a plus, as is experience with purchasing, construction, landscaping, and property maintenance. Prior experience with condominium properties and a working knowledge of Chapter 718 Florida Statues is required. The candidate must have a professional demeanor and appearance, good writing and speaking skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Company dress is business casual. Reliable transportation is necessary. This position requires periodic attendance at community meetings which normally take place in the evening.
