Immediate full-time opening for an experienced PORTFOLIO Community Association Manager.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent communication &customer service skills
- Supervisory experience
- Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Well versed in applicable Florida Statutes
- Preparation of meeting notices, annual budget
- Only those applicants with an active CAM license & experience as a Community Association Manager will be considered.
- CMCA, AMS or PCAM designation and experience as a portfolio CAM would be a plus!
