We are a premier, family owned and operated, Community Association Management firm with main offices located in Pinellas County.
Immediate full-time opening for an experienced Onsite Community Association Manager in Largo, Florida
This is a large active mobile home community off Starkey Road.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, integrity and strong supervisory experience. The candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), and be well versed in applicable Florida Statute. Preparation of meeting notices, annual budgets and attendance at day &/or evening meetings as needed.
Only those applicants with an active CAM license & experience as a Community Association Manager will be considered. CMCA, AMS or PCAM designation and/or experience managing an onsite community would be a plus!
Mobile Home Association Management experience preferred.
