ONSITE Community Association Manager

We are a well-established, locally owned and operated, Community Association Management firm with main offices located in Pinellas County. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Onsite Community Association Manager. This is a condominium association located in the New Port Richey area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, integrity and strong supervisory experience. The candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), and be well versed in applicable Florida Statute. Preparation of meeting notices, annual budgets and attendance at day &/or evening meetings as needed.
Only those applicants with an active CAM license & experience as an ONSITE Community Association Manager will be considered. CMCA, AMS or PCAM designation would be a plus. References, criminal background check and drug screen required. Excellent salary, commensurate with experience. Health benefits, including 401k plan with company match.
