If you currently work in the industry in an administrative or accounting role and would like to be trained to be a great CAM, this is the position that you want. We specialize in small to medium size homeowners’ associations.
If you have what it takes and want to be a CAM that leads the industry, we will train you to be a respected professional manager.
Here is what we MUST have and what we would LIKE to have in a candidate:
MUST HAVE –
- A professional attitude with a self-start mode that does not require constant supervision.
- Minimum three years industry experience in community association management, not hotel or apartment management.
- A strong software savviness that learns quickly.
- A smile on your face and in your voice with a record of providing excellent customer service.
- A strong desire to grow professionally.
- Competence in MS Office Word and Excel and the ability to create professional correspondence.
- A natural instinct towards honesty in all that you do.
- Clean criminal history and valid driver license/insurance
WOULD LIKE, BUT NOT REQUIRED –
- A basic understanding of accounting.
- A strong understanding of landscaping
