Multifamily community is seeking an experienced, Professional, highly motivated Property Manager for our Miami Area. We are seeking a strong leader, with a positive attitude, goal oriented, marketing guru and problem solver:
- 5 – 10 years of experience in property management
- Excels in a challenging environment
- Experience managing properties with 250+ Units
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and local housing regulations
- Experienced with Tax Credit/HUD/Section 8
- Housing Authority knowledge
- Must be well organized, personable and responsible
- Experienced in Microsoft Office. ResMan software knowledge is a plus!
- Manage and mentor the property team, to ensure high performance
- Manages properties expense’s control and adhere to a budget
- Maximize Income and minimize expenses
- Ensure rents are successfully collected
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Must have rehab management skills.
- Strong Marketing Skills
- Salary plus Bonuses
