Immediate Opening for:  Community Director
Candidate must be an RN, Prior sales/marketing experience required, Visits all clients in their geographical area of responsibility routinely and as needed on an ongoing basis. Responsible for documentation of all client-related issues on client log record or internal incident report as needed. Responsible for conflict resolution with clients, families, or any other responsible party. Responsible for communicating follow-up concerns to client, family, care manager or other responsible party. Responsible for being present at all client requested interviews with potential referred caregivers. Responsible for being on-call for assigned area 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for client-related issues unless other arrangements are made and approved by the Director of Operations. Attend community events as CareFirst representative, Maintains awareness of and compliance with NR state guidelines. Attends departmental meetings as required.
