Role: Participating in communication between members in our Facebook groups, business or fitness related to providing support, answer questions and post content.
Results:
- Community Managers are expected to maintain a 1hr minimum response time to any community member inquiries during their given scheduled shifts.
- Lead Generation activities are required to maintain a KPI of 0.5 leads generated per hour worked. The role is paid an hourly wage regardless of performance.
- An average of 100 Phone Burner dials per working day with an average of 20 answers.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with members of the Facebook community to keep engagement levels high.
- Answering any questions sent via direct message or in the main discussion feed as per guidelines given by leadership.
- Answering email inquiries and directing clients to proper resources and/or products accordingly.
- Customer service calls to individuals who have viewed our website.
- Interacting with new clients during on-boarding and check-in calls using a pre-defined process and checklist to ensure each client has a positive user experience.
- Engaging in the specified lead generation strategy on all required social media platforms.
- Keeping a detailed log of potential clients and performance.
- Providing insightful feedback on audience behavior to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.
Requirements:
- High level of experience with Facebook group management
- Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service related role is required
- Experience in the fitness and/or online coaching industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Understanding of the Keto diet is preferred
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have strong time management and prioritization skills
- Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings
