Job Summary
A standard work day for the Property Manager consists of managing and overseeing overall operations of the property, including maintenance and office functions. This includes regularly communicating with residents, prospects and vendors, as well as effectively leading the property team to ensure efficient property operations on all levels. Additionally, the Property Manager is responsible for managing cost control and revenue programs, developing annual operating budgets, and developing strategic sales and marketing plans.
Qualifications/Required Experience
- Minimum three (3) years of Property Manager or related experience required.
- Strong leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience.
- REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) experience preferred.
- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) preferred.
- EntrataCore experience a plus.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws preferred.
