Job Summary:

Seeking full time Property Manager – Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the Property Manager is responsible for the community operations, finances, staffing and providing competent and effective leadership which will ensure the growth and success of both the community as well as employees.

Job Responsibilities:

Daily responsibilities of the Property Manager include; but are not limited to:

· Accountability for asset appearance

· Full accountability for asset appearance, budget review and maintenance

· Sales and market analysis

· Collections and limited A/P

· Providing top notch customer service

· Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments and manufactured housing.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

· High School diploma or GED; College Degree preferred

· Three years of related experience (retail, hospitality, restaurant management) and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;

Skills and Abilities:

· Clear understanding of the budgeting process and effective financial management and analysis

· Knowledge of computer systems is a must. Proficiency in rent management based software

· Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments and manufactured housing.

· Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays and able to adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

· Demonstrate good judgment
