Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Daily/weekly & monthly reporting
- AP/AR
- Leasing of new apartments & lease renewals
- Rent collections
- Interacting with residents
- Supervision of maintenance and administrative staff
- Overseeing on-site contractors
- Marketing and facilities management
Qualified candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and/or experience with MS Office applications are required. Qualified individuals will possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in the management of residential properties. Please note that due to the nature of this position, weekend hours may be required.
