Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Mobile Home Community Manager. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our (6) community, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property.

Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
– Conduct property tours and assist with the leasing process
– Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Maintain accurate records of resident information, leases, and contracts
– Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
– Perform data entry tasks to update resident records and generate reports
– Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
– Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents through effective communication and customer relationship management

Skills:
– Strong data entry skills to accurately update resident records and generate reports
– Sales experience to effectively promote available units and upsell amenities
– Ability to negotiate lease terms with prospective residents
– Knowledge of property leasing processes and procedures
– Understanding of property maintenance practices to coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks
– Excellent customer relationship management skills to address resident inquiries and concerns
– Strong administrative skills to maintain accurate records and contracts

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
– Previous experience in property management or related field is a plus
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
