Job Overview:
KRI Properties, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Community Manager to join our Property Management Team. As a Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential communities. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high resident satisfaction, optimizing property leasing, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of the residential communities to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained environment for residents.
– Provide superior customer service by addressing resident inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.
– Oversee property leasing activities including marketing vacant units, conducting tours, screening applicants, and negotiating lease agreements.
– Maintain accurate resident records and files using property management software such as Resman, and a CRM.
– Ensure compliance with housing regulations.
– Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs in a timely manner to uphold property standards.
– Implement effective communication strategies with residents through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
– Collaborate with the corporate team to align community goals with company objectives.
– Utilize real estate administrative skills to support property financials and reporting requirements.

Experience:
– Previous experience in customer service within the multifamily industry is highly desirable.
– Proficiency in property leasing procedures and best practices.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage office operations efficiently.
– Knowledge of file management systems and maintaining accurate records.
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with residents and stakeholders.
– Familiarity with property management software such as Resman, OneSite or Yardi is advantageous.
– Ability to negotiate lease terms effectively while ensuring compliance with regulations.
– Ability to lead an onsite team

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
