Full Job Description

TERRA MANAGEMENT SERVICES, LLC seeks a licensed community association manager to be responsible for managing the company’s marketing and sales effort while at the same time managing a small portfolio of 2-3 properties. In addition to operational tasks associated with managing a small portfolio, day-to-day tasks will include compiling the company direct mail list; coordinating the direct mail campaigns; generating leads; maintaining the lead database; maintaining a continuing dialogue with leads; design and ordering of company marketing materials; engaging design professionals; maintaining company and community websites; website SEO; conduct marketing presentations before community Boards; responding to requests for proposals or information; and assisting in onboarding new clients.

A Florida Community Association Manager License; professional appearance and judgment; excellent grammar, writing, organizational, computer and technical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; prior marketing and sales experience, and reliable late model transportation, are a must.

Working knowledge of WordPress websites, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CALIBER® association management software is a plus, as is community association management experience and experience with purchasing, construction, landscaping, and property maintenance.
