Responsibilities:
· Assist in lease up of the property and then maintaining a high level of occupancy
· Oversee the construction process for common area and unit improvements
· Negotiate service agreements, select contractors and suppliers
· Oversee collection of rent and ancillary income
· Supervise maintenance functions, assist with emergency measures as required
· Recruit and hire teammates, oversee the staff day to day
· Establish creative marketing strategies, increasing traffic at the property
· Manage the lease renewal program achieving maximum retention
· Prepare weekly reports for corporate office
· Formulate and prepare monthly financial variance reports
Requirements:
· Must possess strong leadership qualities
· Acute attention to detail and accuracy with a high standard of excellence
· 3+ years prior experience in property management
· Strong computer skills
· Solid written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
