Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering community engagement while ensuring the property is well-maintained and compliant with all regulations. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, customer service, and property management knowledge to create a welcoming environment for residents.

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current residents.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols.
  • Oversee the leasing process, including showing units, processing applications, and conducting background checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant information and lease agreements using property management software such as OneSite.
  • Enforce Fair Housing regulations and ensure all staff members are trained in compliance matters.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents through effective communication and community engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues to enhance tenant satisfaction.
  • Upsell additional services or amenities to residents to improve their living experience.
  • Collaborate with the real estate administrative team to support overall property management goals.

Experience

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential.
  • Familiarity with property leasing processes and customer relationship management practices is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is required to ensure compliance in all leasing activities.
  • Experience with property maintenance coordination is a plus, as is proficiency in relevant software applications like OneSite.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, enabling effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.
  • A background in law or real estate administration can be advantageous but is not mandatory.

Pay: $49,449.00 – $51,122.00 per year
