Community Manager / Administrative Assistant

Pipeline is a high-design shared workspace used by a diverse community of entrepreneurs, startups, independent professionals and small business teams. We are looking for a Community Manager / Administrative Assistant for our Tampa location. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial minded, community manager /administrative assistant to grow with us. This position is very important to the success of the business and you will assume as much responsibility as you are willing to take on. You must be willing to learn and teach. Identify and resolve problems. And most importantly, help create a culture of exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include the following:

— Manages the reception area

— Engages members regularly and creates a positive environment in the workspace.

— Effective telephone and e-mail communications.

— Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier.

— Greets visitors

— Manage conference room reservations and organize all aspects for meetings

— Inventories and orders office supplies and equipment repairs

— Update various spreadsheets and other general administrative duties as needed

— Maintain order and cleanliness of the space

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

–1-3 years of customer service and office management

— Must have amazing people skills. We are building a workplace that people genuinely enjoy.

— Must be reliable, punctual, organized and have demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy office.

— Attention to detail

— Must be bilingual

— Must be willing to work in every aspect of the company when needed.

— Experience working for a start-up / small company is a plus

— High proficiency utilizing business applications such as Excel, QuickBooks, Salesforce.

— Dealing with Vendors may be appropriate.

–Knowledge of Microsoft office

— Exceptional work ethic; is self-motivated and able to energize colleagues and learn.

— Outstanding relationship builder

–Must be able to accept constructive criticism.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 /hour
