As the onsite leader and decision maker, you will be responsible for successfully driving occupancy and NOI of this 656-Bed Student Community.

Additional qualifications include:
- Exceptional sales and closing experience, preferably in student-housing markets
- Minimum of 3-4 years multi-family and/or off campus student-housing management experience
- Student housing background strongly preferred
- Possess the skills to effectively recruit, train and coach for exceptional sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills, and ability to role model and lead Team Members to perform to this level of excellence
- Strong technical skills, including Excel and property management software. Experience with Entrata a plus!
- Dynamic leasing and marketing background, with the ability to foster creative ideas for increased traffic and ancillary income
- A can-do attitude with the tenacity to get the job done!
- A college degree or related multi-family experience
- Proven ability to perform in all areas of Property Management
- Floating schedule, to include weekends and evenings
