Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Manage the resources and assets of the property, including staff, buildings, and other assets
  • Lead and champion the sales activities using Cove’s sales process

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collect and ensure deposit of all monthly MH rent.
  • Attract new customers and guests through active marketing, excellent customer service, and adding value to the living experience of our residents
  • Analyze, prepare, and manage the operational budget of the community
  • Maximize the profitability of the community
  • Be the face of Cove’s standards to our customers and guests
  • Understand and apply your skills in Microsoft Office applications, and other web-based applications including email, financial systems, and Manage America property management system.
  • Perform monthly inspection on company vehicles. Ensure registration, and plates are current
  • Ensure vehicles are clean with proper logos.
  • Be responsible for A/R and historic and bad debt payments and civil claims
  • Work closely (assist) with company lawyer for the entire community
  • Liaison with HOA and Activities Committees and participate as directed by Regional

Review and process:

  • MH applications and renewals
  • Approve/Sign: vacancy report and signed tenant lease agreements
  • Main Liaison with Corporate Office
  • Tenant communication for lease renewals, A/R, tenant disputes, collections and civil matters
  • Vendor PO’s and payments
  • Submittal of staff payroll
  • Supervisor of maintenance roles and responsibilities
  • Email management / customer service

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent proficiency with all facets of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize with effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strongly demonstrates ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in property management required.
  • Adaptable and resourceful self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
