What are we looking for in a new team Community Manager?
· Excellent Customer Service and attention to curb appeal
· Accountable for all property operations
· Ensure that all Rents are collected when due and posted daily
· Have constant vendor/contractor communication concerning scheduling
· Hire, train, motivate and supervise all on-site staff in order to achieve operational goals
· Ensure lease files are completed and that the property is performing effectively all times
· Maintain organized records on all aspects of management activity
· Coordinate maintenance work orders, turns and property budget control
· Address resident concerns in professional manner.
· Minimum of 2 YEARS of property management experience
· Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
· Detailed orientated, effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
· Computer literate with both Word and Excel
