The Community Manager (CM) is a dynamic individual that will manage a complex space for freelancers, startups, traditional businesses and regional firms. This person will be responsible for managing a welcoming work space, providing outstanding customer service, maximizing our occupancy through sales techniques and for promoting an extraordinary sense of community. They will oversee and run the day-to-day operations of the space, plan engaging events and develop creative marketing strategies to reach new potential members.

The ideal Ring Community Manager will eagerly curate and contribute to The Ring’s Business Ecosystem, they are Driven, Resourceful and Team Players who readily connect and support both Members and the Company to reach set goals and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW

· Ensuring the space is clean, welcoming and properly maintained

· Overseeing and executing daily office operations: making coffee, emptying the dishwasher, checking the supplies, following up on leads, ensuring lights and other electrical devices are properly working.

· Facilitating outstanding customer service

· Conducting sales tours to execute on sales strategy and maintaining a high occupancy

· Managing community initiatives designed to develop member relationships

· Resolving member issues with professionalism and patience

· Devising and executing local marketing strategies to generate leads

· Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms

· Being a liaison to the facilities, building operations and maintenance departments

· Managing supplies inventory and communicating with local vendors

· Providing basic tech support

DAILY OPERATION OVERVIEW

· 8:00 am – 5:30 pm

· 15 – 30-minute walk through of the space checking offices and common areas

· Prepare Coffee and ensure Café is fully Stocked

· Ensure furniture is properly set up and aligned

· Document and report any maintenance issues

· Check appliances and all machines, printer is functional and paper trays are loaded

· Check the Calendar for reservations, bookings and assess any conflicts

· Follow up on any Social Media inquiries, post any exciting news about members

· Oversee Experience Coordinators duties are being fulfilled
