Our Community Managers assume day to day leadership of and accountability for property operations with specific focus on ensuring all potential and existing residents receive exemplary customer service. They recruit, hire, coach, motivate, evaluate, and retain “A” player teams while creating a positive work environment. They make decisions as if it was their own investment to achieve company objectives, as well as financial and operating goals.
