Community Manager
We are seeking a Community Manager at The Village at Terra Bella, in Land O’ Lakes, Florida to manage day to day operations at the community. This new gated community includes 311 apartment homes with resort-style swimming pools, clubhouse and cyber café, sports lounge, game room and garages. The community has easy access to I-75 and Tampa. The Community Manager is responsible for maintaining Northland’s standards of customer service and quality, to ensure employee and resident satisfaction. They are the primary representative of management to residents, staff, and the public. Also responsible for profitability, cost control, operating budgets, and management reporting.
Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of past experience in multifamily property management, including supervision of staff and contractors. Experience with MRI, a plus.
