Community Manager

Zeman Homes is seeking a Part time Community Manager for its Haines City, FL. location.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Community Manager oversees the day to day operations of the community, ensures that it is staffed and fully operationally at all times, meets sales and CSI goals and trains staff to adhere to company policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include meeting budget and collection goals, verification of delinquencies and prepaid, produce vacancy reports, review the Landlord-Tenant Act, your community’s Lease and Guidelines for Living and the Fair Housing Act. You must resolve community complaints and resident violations. You will oversee office and maintenance staff.

REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma and two to four years property management experience and training is preferred. Previous sales and leasing experience preferred and must possess a minimal amount of building maintenance knowledge.
