Job Description
We are looking for an experienced property manager, who is a licensed CAM, who has experience with communities of up to 1,000 houses. This person will be responsible for the day to day activities of the community and report to the Board of Directors.
You will work with contractors, vendors and residents on a daily basis. You will be responsible for identifying properties that have violations and taking the appropriate action.
You will be successful if you have the following traits/skills:

You will be the face of the community to the residents and vendors as you will be handling the daily activities to maintain the standards of the community and protect property values for the residents.
