Job Title : Community Service Manager ( Field Rep)

FLSA Status : Non-exempt (Hourly)

Hours : Part-time (20 Hrs)

Pay Range : $15 – $18hr

SUMMARY

Offering a part-time Community Service Manager position, located within the Riverview/Sun City Center area, with a maximum of 20 hours per week. This position entails direct contact with residents of an active 55+ community. This position will report directly to the Community Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following:

  • Meeting residents at their home, inspecting improvements made to meet community guidelines.
  • Reviewing community grounds to include landscaping and private yards that the scope of work is met and other miscellaneous maintenance items
  • Responsibilties include solutions/resolutions to include the follow-up with residents.

WORKSKILLS :

  • Must be a team player
  • Organized

EXPERIENCE :

  • Customer service experience
  • Maintenance experience preferred

EDUCATION:

  • HS Diploma
