Where You’ll Work:
This 1,067-bed purpose-built student housing community services the students of the University of South Florida, and is located just north of campus. Campus Lodge features a unique combination of lodge-themed style and student-focused design and offers one of the best values in the market. Residents enjoy community and apartment amenities including an on-site nature reserve, lagoon-style pool, chalet-style clubhouse, queen-sized beds, and large laundry rooms.
What You’ll Do:
As a Community Turn Assistant, you’ll complete a variety of tasks in preparation of apartment turn season for our college apartment communities. You’ll offer support to our leasing and maintenance teams to ensure our residents have the best possible experience living in our communities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to all customer service efforts at the community, including providing exceptional service to current, future, and past residents.
- Assist in the turnover process in all units, which includes assisting residents with moving in and out of their units, cleaning units, moving furniture, etc.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and maintenance of all interior and exterior areas of the property and proactively communicate any problems to the appropriate party. Examples of duties include:
- Picking up trash on the grounds
- Watering flowers, plants, and shrubs
- Swimming pool maintenance/cleaning
- Sweepings, blowing, or pressure washing breezeways, parking lots, and common areas
- Assist with office duties such as greeting prospects and residents, compiling move in packets, organizing keys, and other general administrative duties.
- Assist with basic maintenance work orders such as replacing light bulbs or blinds within a unit.
- Completes other tasks as directed and assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and write English fluently.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Must be able to frequently walk and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to lift/move loads up to 50lbs.
What We Offer:
As a Student Housing Turn Assistant, you’ll receive a competitive hourly wage. This is a temporary, non-exempt position, reporting to the Property Manager. Little to no travel is expected in this position.
