DESCRIPTION Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a hands-on, team-oriented Compliance Associate with a can-do attitude!

The Compliance Associate will work out of Tampa Corporate Office!

The success of the company is dependent upon the satisfaction of our residents. Our devoted staff maintains direct involvement in managing each of our properties and tending to their needs.

SUMMARY: Responsible for gathering, verifying and data entry of key details for application processing as well as other administrative support as member of Movemein Team including ensuring process integrity and timely completion of assigned duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Prepare data for computer entry by gathering, sorting and reviewing information as part of resident application process with

– Key information into software system to obtain credit and criminal scorecard

– Interface with applicant thru verbal communication to obtain further information or detailed verification of data for completeness and accuracy

– Ensure accurate data entry of all information required to credit TIC by reviewing and verifying all information

– Maintain credibility of process by complying with all established procedures and guidelines

– Maintain applicant confidence and company policy by strict adherence to confidentiality

– Maintain prompt and regular attendance

– Manage additional responsibilities as may be periodically assigned by Senior Management

POSITION REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

EXPERIENCE:  One year experience with heavy data entry and customer service.  Property management experience in leasing or compliance areas helpful.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS:

– Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook

– Self-starter, detail oriented with professional communication, customer service, organizational and analytical/problem solving skills

– Ability to operate various types of office equipment, i.e., computers,  printers, copy machines, telephone systems, facsimile machines

– Proficient with multiple computer and software programs

– Able to accept supervision, speak clearly and calmly working towards win/win resolution of issues

– Participate in team meetings and/or training sessions

– Exhibit sound judgment, ability to ask appropriate questions, seek guidance and communicate outstanding matters with direct supervisor

– Able to prepare reports as requested
