Supervision: The Concierge staff will be under the supervision of the property manager. The Lead Concierge will provide day-to-day supervision of the other Concierge position partners with respect to staff schedules, training updates and assignment of any minor changes in job responsibility. Substantive changes in Concierge job responsibilities will come from the General Manager/Property Manager.

Location: The Concierge desk is located on the second floor, the Concierge station will include security monitors transmitting views from all access cameras in the building. The Concierge station will also contain the computer control for the security access systems of The Residences at Sandpearl Resort

Physical Demands in accordance with the requirement of the ADA as:

  • Body Movements: Lifting and exerting force is required up to 25 pounds.

  • Computer skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including: Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook
  • Is friendly, personable, stable, and alert.
  • Communicates with precision both verbal and written.
  • Even-tempered, and remains calm and collected when encountering difficult people or situations.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Efficient in logging data and maintaining online schedules for move-ins, deliveries, leases dates, ect.
  • Maintains a professional manner and appearance at all times.
  • Understanding of the importance for confidentiality in regards to all resident information and behaviors.
  • Is willing and eager to establish a rapport with Residents, always addressing them by Mr., Mrs. or Ms..(never by their first name)
  • Is capable and willing to learn all rules and procedures.
  • Enjoys helping others.
  • Is dependable, punctual, assertive and self-motivated.
  • Ability to contact Property Manager with questions or clarification on a task or procedure
  • Must be able to multitask in fast pace environment.
  • Ability to work week-ends, holidays, and days, afternoon or midnight shift.
