Job Schedule and Hours: Monday through Thursday 830am-630pm
Essential Duties:
- Answers the phone and routes calls to appropriate personnel
- Assist in scheduling appointments for community
- Greets visitors, ascertains the nature of their business and introduces visitor to appropriate associates
- Makes copies of all correspondence or other printed materials requested by Business Office Manager
- Faxes all appropriate information/correspondence as requested
