SUMMARY: Demonstrates and promotes SRIM core value of the Golden Rule. Treating others (residents, families, visitors and associates) in the same way we would like to be treated. Under general supervision, performs clerical duties which are routine in nature.

Job Schedule and Hours: Monday through Thursday 830am-630pm

 

Essential Duties:

  • Answers the phone and routes calls to appropriate personnel
  • Assist in scheduling appointments for community
  • Greets visitors, ascertains the nature of their business and introduces visitor to appropriate associates
  • Makes copies of all correspondence or other printed materials requested by Business Office Manager
  • Faxes all appropriate information/correspondence as requested
