About the Job
– Will be at condo site 2-5 days a week depending on work load.
– Will be checking in guests from sites such as Expedia, Airbnb, Orbitz, and other.
– Engage with guests via phone, text, and email.
– Assist guests with check in and check out process
– This position will be on call, will receive calls from 3p-10p at times
– Must be available to help guests with property issues, questions and concerns
– Provide superb customer service
– Work with vendors to fix any property damages, issues, or repairs
Working hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Skills:
– Must have condo/hotel management experience
– Bilingual a plus
– Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
– Must be able to multi-task
– $25k-$30K plus bonus
– Permanent position
– M-F 8am-5pm
– Looking for a candidate that lives in Pinellas County and has easy access to the condo locations for emergency purposes.
