Condo Manager – Randstad (Saint Petersburg)

Our client, a residential property management firm in Tampa, FL is looking for an on-site Property Manager. Candidate must have property management experience and a high level of computer proficiency – experience with at least one of the following:

– Yardi

– Vendor management (HVAC, Landscaping, Roofing)

– Commercial Leases

– Tenant Collections

– Budgeting

– Bookkeeping

Responsibilities:
– Manage vacation rentals in Pinellas County
– Post rentals on AirBnB, VRBO, Expedia and other travel sites
– Communicate with guests in regards to their reservations and answer any questions prior, during and post their stay
– Immediate point of contact for guests during their stay, answer any questions and handle any concerns

Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Skills:

Qualifications:
Must have property management experience.
Experience working at a hotel a plus
Managing a vacation rental a plus
Full time permanent opportunity
Will commute to Pinellas County, to the properties a few times a week.
Company office located in Tampa
M-F 8am-5pm, will get guest calls outside of working hours
$15-$17/hour
