Job Description for Sylvette Manager
Monday to Friday
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proficient in Tops
- Community Association Manager with 2 years’ experience
Licenses:
- LCAM (Required)
- Florida Driver’s license (Required)
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day operations of community association. Accountable to Board of Directors and act as liaison between owners, vendors and staff.
- Prepare annual budget and monthly financials.
- Prepare and process employee payroll.
- Maintain Meeting calendar and attend monthly Board of Directors meeting.
- Oversee work orders and manage maintenance staff.
- Ensures the community property is maintained and pristine.
- Address owner concerns, enforce community Rules and Regulations and write violation notices
- Prepare Board of Directors meeting notices, agenda and minutes.
- Review financial statements in a timely manner and review for accuracy before presenting to Board of Directors.
- Monitor expenses, initiate cost reduction projects and negotiate prices with vendors. Ensure property expenses are maintained within budget.
- Monitor vendor contracts regularly and submit for renewal or cancel notices.
- Maintain awareness of changes in Rules and Regulations, Statutes and communicate to Board of Directors
