RESPONSIBILITIES: Construction Accounting Assistant.
A proactive thinker who is well-organized and able to retain information. Should have a background that includes the following experience:
- Provide administrative and accounting assistant
- Manage contracts, data in spreadsheets, reports and databases
- Keep records, payments, and reports up to date
- Relationship management skills to maintain professional communication with customers and maintain a high level of customer and vendor satisfaction
- Quality assurance skills to maintain company quality standards of services
- Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and office systems
Required Skills & Experience
- A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity
- Handling highly sensitive and confidential information in a respectful manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional etiquette and finesse
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to compose routine letters and other communications.
- Adaptable to ever changing priorities and flexibility to work extended hours if necessary
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Education and training requirements
- Highly proficient in MS Office products to include Excel, Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and must show initiative and enthusiasm
- Ability to multi-task and quickly adjust to changing priorities
- High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Minimum Qualifications for all levels:
- Required to maintain valid driver s license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass the pre-employment drug test
