Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a professional working rapport with peers, project team members and subcontractors
- Assist with material procurement and job scheduling
- Assist with subcontracts and subcontractor change order handling
- Assist with monthly billings and subcontractor billing
- Assist with compiling of reimbursable cost invoices for monthly billing
- Monitor subcontractor insurances
- Tracking of Notice to Owner log
- Payment coordination, including waiver collection
Qualifications:
We are looking for a detail oriented team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, produce quality work, and meet deadlines.
The successfully candidate will possess:
- 5 years of administrative experience and responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required to interact with customers, vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors on a positive basis.
- Proficient computer skills in Excel and Word
- CMIC and / or Textura experience a plus
- A background in construction is a plus
- A can-do attitude, and willingness to learn
