This position is ideal for the individual who enjoys taking on new tasks and genuinely enjoys being helpful. Fausette Management is a growing business that services Construction, Restoration and Roofing work.
As an assistant to the Operations Manager and Owner; possible responsibilities include:
-Customer Relations
-Working closely with project managers and clients to keep open line of communication
-Personal assistant to the owner
-Maintain/Update owner’s schedule
-Schedule meetings/Job-site visits with subcontractors for Owner of company
-Update and maintain company job status report
-Data entry and creating reports on sales and stats
-Light office maintenance (sorting mail, file keeping, organization, emails, phone calls)
-Printing and depositing checks
-Assist project managers with pulling permits, scheduling inspections, filing NOCs

Minimum Qualifications:
-Valid Driver’s License & own reliable transportation
-High School Diploma
-Construction experience/knowledge (2 years construction experience preferred)
-Office experience (2 years)

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
