Premier Outdoor Living and Design is hiring for a Construction Administrative Assistant who has solid experience working in Quickbook. The administrative assistant will provide broad-based administrative support to help with achieving operational goals. This may include answering telephones, managing records, monitoring expenses, and ordering supplies.

Location: Largo, FL

Annual Salary (depending on experience): $25,000 – $35,000

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of previous experience in office administration, preferably in the construction industry and/or related fields
  • Must be proficient working in Quickbook and prior working knowledge of CRM software
  • Must have customer service friendly attitude and able to communicate well internally, with customers, and vendors
  • Minimum education required: High school diploma
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
